What is the approximate date of response?

For the past week, I've been sending messages from my PC and smartphone almost every day to appeal, but when will I hear back? Will it take longer for a decision to be made if I send too many messages?I also sent a message here, but I haven't received a reply. Instead, I only receive a notification.
