Evolution redemption failure/can't access the store.

I have been unable to redeem an evolution item from the season pass, which is blocking me from accessing the store. I have tried redeeming it through the Companion app and deleting the game, but nothing seems to work. The issue has been ongoing for a few days, so we have missed some Toty, sbc items and packs.

Please let me know if there is a solution to this problem.
