Game wont even launch before it crashes
I could really use some help. After the most recent update my game wont even launch. I have updated my graphics, repaired the game, deleted all mods, and uninstalled and re installed the game. When I try to launch the game it flashes between a black and white screen with a little loading dial. It wont even make it to the home screen before just freezing on the white screen with the dial. This has been going on for like 2 days. Could really use some help! Thank you!EAFC25 servers are available but not for me.
Ever since the recent update on Thursday the 17 July 2025, whenever it's 9pm till 22:10pm in South Africa Cape Town , my game Crashes and I can't log into Ultimate Team or clubs, it says that the EA servers are unavailable when they are because all my other friends are playing. It's not a WiFi problem because I use Lan and my WiFi is on its highest. And it's only EAFC25 that this happens to. Please can you sort this out ASAP
Everything is gone
I haven't played this game in a few months and tried to play today. When I got on, it asked me to update it, so I did. However, all of my expansions, packs, and kits that I've bought over the years disappeared. Hundreds of dollars worth of content, and it's telling me that I don't own them when they have all been bought directly from EA/Origin. The only pack that's still there is Get to Work. I have done everything to try to find them, from restarting my laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, etc. It says that I've only played the game for 14 minutes when I've spent countless hours playing. I need this fixed, or for EA to refund all of my money because I didn't pay for something that I cannot play.Game Won't Launch on PC
I'm currently unable to launch The Sims 4. When I open the EA app, I'm prompted to accept the user agreements and update my game. I've accepted the agreements and "updated my game" many times and the game still won't launch. It continuously tells me I need to update the game. I last played on July 24. I've tried restarting the app, relogging in, restarting my computer, and completely removing my mods folder. I'm completely at a loss for how to launch my game.
Sims 4 wont launch after update
I have had the same issues playing Sims 4 as other players ie cant drag trash to sink or bin, sims returning from school and work early if i travel from home lot or back to home lot, issues with queue and speed etc. After a few days of playing with the issues the game will no longer load. I use the ea app, i press play it says it is launching and does the normal launch process however the game does not launch and the play button goes back to blue and the last played will change to when i tried to launch. I have tried clearing cache, removing mods and cc, repairing sims with mods in folder, repairing without mods in folder, deleting ea app and redownloading it etc. I contacted ea but they have not gave any options that worked. On reddit i found other people experiencing the same issue and do not have a fix either so i know the issue is not my laptop. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Adult sims wont interact with infants and toddlers.
I have a married couple who have two children. One infant and one toddler. I try to get the parents to do things like read to children, tummy time, just normal interactions and they wont do them, they just stand there doing nothing at all. Sometimes after they have held or picked up the children the adults won't tend to their own needs even if asked like to go get leftovers they just stand there. I do not use Mods or CC.OMG my game
Sorry, I haven't logged in for a long time. I don't know if EA Games has changed from using the Origin app to EA Games, but I have a problem. All the games in my library are gone. There's not even a single game left. I'm going to come back to play Battlefield 5, but right now I can't play any games because my library is empty.Custom Playbooks Not Working
When creating a custom playbook, the "Coach Suggestions" section in-game always present the same pool of plays, regardless of your star ratings/selections in the "My Gameplan" section in the custom playbook menu. Obviously, spending lots of time on creating a custom playbook with unique ratings for the coach suggestions, and then for it not to work is quite frustrating. Let me know if I can provide any more details! I've tried raising and lowering the adjustments, even going as far as having several plays at "100" or "5 stars" and the same 15 plays appear for each situation (1st down, 2 & long, etc.). Seems like others are having this issue too. I’ll continue testing and trying things out, but this definitely seems like a bug/issue.
