F125 no force feedback Logitech g923
Cannot get force feedback to work on my g923 wheel in any game mode. I have tried reinstalling hardware drivers and the game itself. Adjusted in-game settings and ghub settings before going on track and while on track to no affect. Same with unplugging the wheel while in the pause menu. Confirmed registry settings and physical connections. Wheel works perfectly fine on all my other racing gamesLogitech G923 Problem
I have just purchased a Logitech G923 to replace my old Logitech G29 wheel which has worked with no problems at all since I purchased it 8 or 9 years ago. I bought the new wheel to take advantage of the Trueforce technology. I run it with F1 25 (ver. 1.5) on a PC. When starting any session in F1 25, my new wheel works properly & all is well until I have to use the Rewind feature (which, unfortunately is quite often!). As soon as I start racing again the wheel does not feel quite as good & sounds awful all the time. Instead of being smooth & quiet when running it sounds as if the internal motors are full of sand/grit & vibrates my desk, making loud, unpleasant noises. When I run over rumble strips it feels nothing like running over the kerbs. Before using the rewind button, when I run over a kerb it sounds & feels exactly what you would expect this to feel like & what it is obviously supposed to be like. The awful sounds & poor feel then continues for the rest of the session no matter what I try. The only ways I have found to revert back to the proper feel are:- 1 Restarting the session 2 Leaving the track I am on & going to another circuit 3 Unplugging the wheel from the USB socket & then plugging it in again. This works during the current session but is obviously annoying to have to do this each time I use the Rewind button. It does enable me to continue my current session with the wheel working properly. 4 Closing & restarting the program. It therefore appears to me that there is a bug somewhere that is introduced in the software that controls the wheel as soon as the Rewind button is pressed. Other than this issue, the game has run perfectly for me from the day it was released. I presume my problem is easy to reproduce at your end & await comment from you as soon as possible in the hope that the issue can be solved & I can enjoy years of us from the G923, just as I have from my G29. Thank you in advance. Lee TuckerForce Feedback Bug on Logitech G923
Platform: PC (Steam) Wheel: Logitech G923 Pedals: Thrustmaster TLCM OS: Windows 11 Every time I start a new race in F1 25—whether it's Grand Prix, Multiplayer, or Time Trial—Force Feedback does not work until I manually go into the control settings and reapply or change something. This happens consistently and makes it necessary to repeat this process before every single race. Steps to Reproduce: Launch F1 25 Start any race mode (e.g. Grand Prix, Multiplayer, or Time Trial) Begin the session without touching the settings Notice that Force Feedback is either completely off or feels wrong Go into the settings menu and adjust any control/FFB option or re-select your preset Return to the race—Force Feedback now functions correctly Expected Behaviour: Force Feedback should work automatically when starting any race, without needing to enter and adjust settings. Actual Behaviour: Force Feedback only activates properly after manually changing a control settings or reapplying the preset for each race session. Hardware Setup: Logitech G923 with TrueForce Thrustmaster TLCM pedals connected via USB All devices connected via wired USB Using latest version of Logitech G Hub What I've Tried: Verifying game files via Steam Updating Logitech G Hub Disabling TrueForce Reinstalling the game Issue persists in all race modes Extra Notes: This issue did not exist in F1 24. It seems the game does not properly initialize Force Feedback unless settings are manually refreshed. This adds unnecessary steps before each session and breaks immersion for wheel users.Asetek Wheel Compatibility (La Prima & Forte)
on the mentioned wheelbases, the driving feels "off" as if is recongized as controller rather than wheel. the virtual steering wheel in-game shakes when going off track but the movement doesn't reflect the actual wheel's movement. I'm also noticing how on high-speed corners, the wheel rotation is not reflected on the virtual steering wheel whilst on low speed it matches perfectly (the wheel rotation settings both in-game and in Asetek's software are matching perfectly) I don't see any reason why those 2 wheel bases (La Prima & Forte) shouldn't be supported, as the Invicta instead is correctly recognized.Wheel rotation randomly goes crazy high
Hey, I've found a rather annoying bug where wheel rotation sometimes resets to some super high value and I can barely steer the car at all. The two ways to fix it that I have found are going to the menu and changing the wheel rotation in the ingame calibration settings or restarting the game, both of which are of course quite bad if you've already started a race. The bug seems to happen randomly between sessions, last night I had it in a ranked lobby. On the one-shot qualifying lap it was still fine, but then for the race start it had reset the rotation to some crazy high value and I couldnt steer the car at all. It has also happened to me in some 5-lapper lobbies, where it just randomly changed itself between races. I have a Fanatec DD1 Podium wheel and I am on PC Steam platform, but it has also affected a friend of mine who has a thrustmaster wheel and another one who has a Moza racing wheel, so it doesnt seem to be wheel manufacturer specific issue. For my DD1 I have set the wheel rotation to 330 in the driver and in the game. Thanks in advance, NightgloomThrustMaster TX and SF1000 not detected
I have the ThrustMaster TX Hub with SF1000 Wheel and T-LCM Pedals. They are not being detected by F1 25 running via Steam. All I see are keyboard options. I exceed all the system requirements. All my drivers and firmware are up to date. I have re-installed the game, re-installed the ThrustMaster drivers, re-installed the ThrustMaster firmware. I have tried with both in and out of TLCM mode. I have unplugged other USB peripherals (other than keyboard/mouse) and I am not connected through a USB hub. F1 24 detects the wheel and pedals, iRacing detects them, and DCS detects them. All buttons/pedals are working Control Panel / Game Controllers and can be calibrated. It's showing as ThrustMaster Advanced Mode Racer - Status OK. I've also chosen for it to default to that for older games under Advanced settings. In the F1 25/actionmaps folder, I noticed that several of the .xml files will not open due to one or two syntax errors. I went in and corrected all the files (Find " "Re " and you will find 1 or two lines where there is no space between the quotes and 'Read'. Adding the space and saving the file then allows the files to open). The remarks on the files state, "To ensure the use of this data map in the game make sure the file name is valid in the dictionary file and that the database has been modified correctly." I believe this is where the problem exists, but I do not have the ability to modify them.Force Feedback not 100% as it was in "BETA 1"
I'm using a Logitech G29 wheel, and the force feedback is not working 100%, when the wheel is straight, there's almost no force, exactly the same way it was in BETA 1, and then got patched and fixed. Hopefully this can be addressed quickly 'cause it affects negatively on the driving.Force feed back issues related to frame rate
Uncapped fps (200+) causes sudden burst or loss of force feed back and even turns by itself even with the car stopped, capping my fps to 190 or less fix the issue even if the ffb still feels a bit off, i've got a g29 but there are other people with different wheels encoutering the same issue and getting it fixed by also capping their fps, ive talked to a guy that had to cap it to 60 fps in order to make the wheel behave normally, this shouldnt be a permanant fix to this issue. It actually feels feels like the wheel force feedback is not in sync with the game and therefore the wheel feels laggy and not sharp as in f1 23F1 Bug 25
DRS, RPM & Acceleration drop after a few laps (PS5 + G29) Text: I’m playing F1 25 on PS5 with a Logitech G29 wheel. After around 3–5 laps, the car starts losing performance in strange ways: DRS stops working, even when it’s available Engine won’t rev properly in 6th or 7th gear – top speed drops noticeably Car suddenly feels slow on straights, despite full throttle DRS flap sometimes closes on its own and won’t open again Downshifting helps briefly, but the issue comes back It doesn’t always happen in the same places – affected corners or sectors keep changing What I’ve tried: Full PS5 reboot and clean wheel reconnection Tested different control profiles and assists G29 works fine in other games F1 23 had no problems – F1 24 already showed similar issues, but F1 25 is worse This makes Time Trial, Career Mode, and League Racing almost unplayable. I really hope Patch 1.04 fixes this, but if not, please escalate this to the dev team
