An Update From the Team - Updated Feb 17
Hey hunters -We are very happy to see so many of you jumping in and enjoying the hunt this week! We have an update to share with you regarding some of the issues we’ve been tracking. A patch will be released next week on all platforms that addresses several issues and contains the following changes: A CPU threading issue has been fixed. We are seeing significantly improved performance on high end PC's. AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX visual artefacts fixed. Also added the option to turn off reflections in the settings menu. The default resolution when launching the game for the first time will now be 1080p. We discovered many users are running higher resolutions than the recommended spec can safely support. We are adjusting the recommended spec guidance online and will continue to optimize in this area. If you are running the game comfortably at higher resolutions, you can continue to do so and select alternate resolutions from the settings menu. Additional stability and bug fixes Additional issues tracked that will be fixed in a later patch: A fix is being worked on for audio de-sync issues. For now, if you experience this, rebooting the game will often remedy the problem. Rare PS5 crash when booting the game. Your feedback during the trial period has been greatly appreciated and Omega Force will continue to optimize and address issues as rapidly as possible. Thank you again. Unable to connect to the EA servers ...Wild Hearts
I can't use online mode in Wild Hearts game. I got the message ... Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, check that "Online Functions" are enabled in your settings, and then try again I try restarting router already, How can I do? on PS5
Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?
Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes even through the armor. Is this intended? If it's not, it should be an easy fix. Pretty much every game has undergarments showing as part of the nude character skin, but it's turned off as soon as an armor piece is placed in that slot. Please fix so I can glam properly.Focused bug report thread

Please keep to bugs here, and not general discussion, and if you have PC performance issues please check this thread instead. The following template may be helpful for gathering the relevant data, but please be as detailed as possible, and include any info that may be relevant for replicating the issue. Clips and pictures are welcome. Platform PSN/Gamertag/Steam/EA Id. Please provide your teammates' ID if possible. Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? When did this happen? Please include timezone How often does the bug occur? What happens when the bug occurs? What should be happening instead? Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned elsewhere. If you run into an issue with these or others, I copied the bug report template for your convenience. Can yall please fill out as much as you can on this one so that the CMS has the info they need? From my own understanding of trophies, if you are in a session with someone else, you don't get that trophy unless the sessions started with you and not the other players. During your hunts in Azuma, Wild Hearts offers the option of providing Co-Op Progression. These game settings are found in the Online section from the Overall tab under Settings; navigate to Guest Story Progression to Enable. When this option is enabled, you'll progress through the story during online play as long as your own story progression as a guest matches that of the host. Please keep in mind that the only way to progress with others is if you both are at the same point in the game's story, otherwise, you'll be able to still hunt together and join each other but it will not combine any story progression completions. It may be worth checking to make sure that if you are using this feature and not seeing your Trophy's that you're both on at the same point in the story to earn that completion.
