Getting Started - Welcome to the EA Forums!

This is our place to chat about games, help each other out, share feedback and report issues with EA games. 

Welcome to the EA forums! 

To get started, you can check the articles listed below for the basics of the new EA forums. 

We’ve tried to make things easy to navigate, but you can check the links below for anything you might be unsure of. 

This is a brand new space and things will keep evolving, so, we will of course be taking feedback, and changes will be coming based on this feedback.

At the moment, only English is supported, but more language boards are coming.

If you’re a veteran of the old EA Forums, or familiar with Answers HQ, you might want to skip ahead to the “What’s New” section.

    I've only been using these forums for a couple weeks, and they've been slow to load from the beginning on my android phone, but the last few days they haven't loaded at all without several reload attempts. Then, once the forums do load, I'm seeing the welcome page for an account that is not mine. Going to the Game Hub corrects the issue, but it's very odd and I doubt I'm the only person experiencing this misdirection.

    I tried creating a discussion, but it gives me the error that something went wrong. It doesn't tell me what went wrong though, so I'm not sure how to fix it...

    Can we get the in-game forums link to go to the new forums since when you go to Inbox and click "Forums" it takes you to the old one still.

    Good step! I’m from the old Answer HQ forum, and I really like the new way of reporting bugs in the game and tracking the status of the reports regularly.
    This shows that the community's opinions are finally being heard, and fixing bugs will hopefully be much faster now. Let’s hope for the best!
