5 Key Suggestions to Improve FC Mobile (Halftime, Friendlies, Packs & More)
1. Halftime Tactical Changes – Add a short break at halftime (20–30 seconds) so players can adjust formations, tactics, and substitutions before the 2nd half starts. 2. Match Highlights / Replay System – Allow us to view key highlights (goals, skills, saves) after each match. This makes the game more exciting and shareable. 3. Pack Fairness & Transparency – Improve pack odds or display clearer probabilities. Right now, packs often feel like luck only, and many players call them scams. More fairness builds trust. 4. Extra Time in Friend H2H Matches – Add extra time (and maybe penalties) to friend matches in H2H, so draws can be decided properly like real football. 5. Team/Club Selection in Friend H2H – Allow us to pick real clubs or national teams (e.g., Real Madrid, PSG, Argentina) for friend matches, instead of only using Ultimate Team squads. These small updates could make FC Mobile much more enjoyable and realistic for everyone. Thanks for considering! 🙏⚽ — A passionate FC Mobile player1View0likes0Comments[Sims 4 Bug Forum] - Adding "Awaiting Additional Reports" Category to Sidebar
Hi, Around 600 bug reports have been moved to a new category for the Sims 4, called "Awaiting Additional Reports". While I understand the purpose of the new category, it hides many bug reports and it's not as accessible anymore as before. It would be great to have this new category added to the sidebar (In "Featured Bug Statuses") for easier reach, better visibility and also transparency.NerdyDollS43 days agoSeasoned Newcomer178Views16likes0CommentsHow do we request forum staff to help with a specific game?
Tried opening a more specific version of this and you guys just moved it to a different forum, so trying again. how do we actually get someone to pay attention to the players of a game and their needs/critical issues? I know EA loves to ignore any bugs that don't cost them money, but c'mon now I shouldn't have to resort to BBB complaints to get assistance when you have these official forumslittlemac20144 days agoSeasoned Ace16Views0likes0CommentsUnable to authenticate on EA Forums
Hi, For several days now, I'm not able to authenticate to EA Forums on most of my devices. This PC I'm using now is the only one (It's my work computer) who can but I think it still have cookies. On my personal computers, I could connect just by clicking on connexion button but now I'm asked to authenticate (I suppose cookies hav expired), I enter my email and password but it doens't work at all, all I have is a page with an error message about not being possible to authenticate. Of course, I have clean caches, reboot, try several browsers, accept cookies again, etc. My EA account works fine on other EA websites and in EA App but not on the forums. I'm in France (sorry for my english) so I thought my country was bannished but it doesn't work with Opera's VPN either. Thanks for your help.Elhennor18 days agoSeasoned Ace29Views0likes0CommentsContent Not Published when trying to post in the forum
Today I was going through my notifications and responding to posts as many do, when all of a sudden, this happens...... It is hard enough to keep track of where I am at in my notifications because when I look at them once, they ALL get marked as read. So when going back in it is a real pain to find where I left off. So this happening and saying try again later, when later I will probably have more notifications and then really have to spend some time to figure out where I was, is just terrible. Why would we be penalized for replying to existing posts we participate in? Maybe I could understand if we were limited to how many new posts we could start within a certain time frame but this is just bananas to me. I have posted before about the problem of all notifications being marked as read when you go into them. If that was fixed this wouldn't be such a big deal. Not to mention it would be time savingly awesome.Nightgypsy19 days agoSeasoned Ace23Views0likes0CommentsSmall Forum Feedback
1. Date Display Style does not make different when you go to My Setting-->Preferences then you will see Date Display Style. I have try them both Relative and Absolute and did not see the different on my Profile. Can you look into it? 2. like the EA Forum Website but like to see more improvement. like EA forum Profile background change to black or cool BF4 background. Right now it just White background. So maybe add option to change it to different background? 3. Avatar on choose From Gallery🖼️ can you please look into add Star Wars again to the Gallery? Hello! I think a World tag is missing from the available tags. For example I was just making a bug report about a world VFX which doesn't really fit any of the categories. I also know of a friend who made a report about sims going through the terrain in Innisgreen, which is also world related. It would of course be a somewhat more obscure tag, but worlds are their own thing both in game and file wise. Maybe it goes under something else internally I don't know about, but I think the addition of a World is needed.Kalliker2 months agoSeasoned Scout27Views1like0CommentsPossibility to edit my "optional" Profile Info is gone
As it says here in: Your EA Forums Profile, Avatar & Settings "optionally fill out some details about yourself." As I added some Info "about me" to my EA Forum Profile in the past, I can now not see these settings anymore in my settings nor the line I added to edit it. These "optional" settings are gone and do not show in my account settings anymore. So I can no longer edit my "optional" (about me) info. Has these settings been removed or is it a Forum bug?LuvMySimz2 months agoSeasoned Ace30Views0likes0CommentsContent not published, maximum number of posts published
So I'm in a Sims forum that has many, many repeat posters and sharers of their builds and designs however my latest one says I've reached the maximum number of posts??? There's people who post on every single thread, they've certainly posted more than me so I doubt there's and actual limit to this? Any help?cbarber892 months agoSeasoned Ace22Views0likes0Commentsmy experience so far...
I would like to express my complete ignorance side for a hot min.... WHY CANT I REPLY TO POSTS WITH IMAGES? when replying asking for a image to help show what i was experiencing in a game, IT TOOK 4 HOURS for me to successfully respond, i used a imgur link and that wouldnt reply, i tried to shorten the URL that wouldnt allow it to reply... i ended up saying "will this reply work" when it sent i was able to edit and update with what i was originally trying to send, the old forums was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better with image handling it should not of taken 4 hours to allow me to send a reply with a imgur link my suggestion to improve this, whitelist imgur links? or dont auto convert links to images?tomtomvader2987 months agoRising Traveler33Views0likes0CommentsThe Golden Rules of helping
Hi everyone, helping can be hard and frustrating but yet, if you wouldn't love it, you wouldn't it be here. I have a few guidelines I try to follow and I like to share those with you. I call them Golden Rules cause that sounds better than Golden Guidelines. There's always situations where they might not apply and I do tend to bend them for forums that get less helper traffic. Always be courteous to everyone. Even if posts are rude and offensive, try to answer in a calm and professional matter. Try to put yourself in their shoes and then answer. Giving a calm answer, can get a thread to a level where you can help. Treat everyone the same. If a thread makes you wanna post a rude answer, take a step back and either return to it later or find another helper to answer it. An answer giving some suggestion on how to proceed even if you don't know the answer yourself is better than no answer but no answer is better than a wrong answer (and much better than a rude answer). So if you're unsure about something, clearly state so in your answer or try to get someone else to answer the thread for you. Be aware that not everyone is fluent in English. Some use a translator and other try to best they can. If you get the impression that someone has troubles with the language, help them by trying to keep your answer simple and in short sentences. Don't use text speech or a lot of abbreviations and try to keep the technical terms to a minimum. Do keep up with the threads you help with. This is not always easy, especially if you answer a lot of questions every day but try to find a system that works for you (subscribing, bookmarking, making sure every post in a certain forum is answered, check your recent threads to see if someone has posted after you) Don't answer in forums of games you don't play and don't know anything about unless it's a thread that's clearly about an account issue. The risk that you are giving a wrong answer is too great. Not all games work the same way. Don't answer in languages you don't understand. Translating programs are very advanced these days and might help you get an idea what it's about but to really help, you must understand the nature of the problem fully and the person you help must be able to understand you. Don't post in foreign language sections if you don't speak the language. Don't make the thread about how you don't have the issue. Sometimes it's ok to compare to your own game, especially if the OP specifically asks for it but most of the time, people don't want to hear that you don't have any troubles. It's ok to copy other people's answer BUT you should - out of courtesy towards the OP - do one of three things (or all of them). This is especially true if you c/p a FAQ post from someone else. Ask for permission first If you quote something, always put the name of the OP and (if possible) a link to where you have it from Rephrase the solution in your own words (or translate). It shows that you actually understand what you're posting. It's ok to use c/p and macros. We all do it, you could not survive on here without BUT make sure you fully read the OP and remove stuff that has already been tried or answered. Do try to make it individual although it's a c/p answer Many users never come back. They may have posted in other forums too or solved their issue and forgot the posted here. Don't let that frustrate you. Use a standard answer or ask for some extra info on your first post. Something that does not cost you a lot of times. You can elaborate if they come back. You can also address them with a @username in your post. This will send them an email notification of your answer (if the user didn't turn that off in their options). If you have troubles understanding someone, try to rephrase what they said to get confirmation from them. Do tell them that this is to make sure you understand their problem right. If someone posts in a wrong forum, do try to help them anyways in the best way you can or report the thread to a CM to be moved. You can also point them to the right forum but don't be rude about it. The forums can be difficult to navigate especially for younger (and older) folks. If a thread actually turns into a back and forth do try to keep up with what the user already tried, especially if you were not the OH (= Original Helper). Don't suggest again what others already have (this exclude posts that were made at the same time of course) If you're stuck on a thread, don't be afraid to ask a fellow helper to look over your case. Helping is not a competition. Always be open to other solutions. If you have some spare time, try reading other helpers post and learn from them. Don't answer spam posts. Report them.126Views12likes0CommentsHeat based filtering.
Hi. I'm missing the threaded hierarchy of answers HQ, filtering by "newest" feels floaty and I don't care for it. It also makes finding threads more difficult as the technical posting is now mixed with the social posting. Will it be possible to view threads in the old way in future? Or is this the permanent default?DAW0858 months agoRising Scout12Views0likes0CommentsForums account created
I got email today: Hi cmkrc3vtvm86, Due to your contributions in EA Forums, you have earned a new rank! Thank you for your participation in the community. Your EA Forums Team My account profile says I joined 3 hours ago at the time of this post. I haven't created this account myself because my name cmkrc3vtvm86 is so random. I play swogh and have created one ea forums acoount before using the same email this account uses but It cannot be this because I created that multiple years ago. I have also used the swogh online shop which requires email to log in. Any idea how did this happen?35Views0likes0CommentsCan't authenticate
It knows who I am but it can't authenticate so I can't see the sims 4 forum. I can read my past interactions but.... It just says come back later but when I come back later it hasn't changed. I’ve been quite negative about various aspects of the forum design so far, but I just wanted to provide some positive feedback and say that I really like the page view for boards, where you click on the bolded number of posts at the top of the board! It’s so much less cluttered, and you can see many more discussions at once by scrolling down the page. And then more discussions by clicking on the next page. I think it would be a great improvement if this page view could be set to be the default for each board. And also if each thread could be displayed in the same way. Might that be possible one day (soon)?FreddyFox12342 years agoSeasoned Ace22Views2likes0CommentsForums
Who's with me when I say that I wish EACG would go back to the old forums? This new format is a pain in the **bleep** as far as I'm concerned and should NOT be active. The old forums were easy to get to and easier to read and find what you wanted.Player_6s4tr9m72 years agoSeasoned Novice37Views1like0CommentsSorting by newest doesn't work in some discussions
Trying to sort Favorite Screenshot (2.0) discussion to newest causes the page to reload and show most liked. Even picking sort by oldest, causes it to show most liked. For me, it's one of the few discussions where that happens. Other discussion work fine and even checking it on mobile it has the same issue.19Views0likes0Comments
