Unable to Update Game Using EA Connect Mobile on iPhone 12 Pro Max
Hello EA Connect community, I’m currently experiencing a technical issue while trying to update my game using EA Connect mobile on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. When I try to check for updates, I cannot find the latest version of the game or any option to update it. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if there is another method to update the game on iOS. Device: iPhone 12 Pro Max Platform: iOS Issue: Unable to find or install the latest game update through EA Connect mobile. If anyone has experienced the same issue or knows how to fix this, please let me know. Any help from the community or EA team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Can’t add my online friends
I’m having an issue with adding my friends. They were all added at a point, but then they all disappear out of my friends list and when I try to add them back on, it says that there’s a error in the system and to try again later. It’s going to going off for three days and nothing’s changed.. sincerely, brown_buck_Rogers
Slow responsiveness and delayed alters
I believe this app can be great but it falls short when it comes on to responsiveness as it relates to how fast messages and conversations load from previous convos and newly formed conversation, also the notification takes a long time to notify me as the user that I got a message and even going on the app after the notification I am still delayed in seeing the message I received I have to close and reopen the app sometimes or I just let it sit . I have no images to show but please fix and address it pleaseBugs? Glitches? Weird app behaviour? Let us know.
The only way we can squash the bugs is if we know they exist, so your report genuinely helps. A bug might look like: 🐞 The app isn’t loading or gets stuck on a screen 👻 Messages appear... then vanish from chat history 📵 You’re not getting notifications, or they show up way too late 🌀 Something just feels off or isn’t working how you’d expect 🧩 Anything broken, janky, or just plain weird The more detail you can give (what you were doing, your device, how often it happens), the more we can actually do something about it. Every report counts.
