Unable to Create or Rename Squads/Change Club Name,Ongoing Account Issue on FC24
Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game. I have played fifa now eafc since the start and loved it my favourite game bit now the game is so bad and cant mention dda on here if its not that please explain what its is because theirs something and its been gradually getting worse since fifa 18 dodgy defenders knock ons passes going no where near where they should 1 on 1 and a scuff shot players feel like their stuck in mud and its not my Internet I have the best gaming Internet in the uk low ping aswell so what is it that causes all these nearly everyday you are a billion dollar company who doesnt care about players only profit the promos have very little thought just a cash grab the pack weight has also been reduced so people spend more money thats why women where added so you pack more cards and dont get the cards you actually want also formations are a joke should be able to use any and not be at a disadvantage the list goes on simply put your games not fun anymore I would rather get beat 8 nil than get help from the word we cant say or what ever it isTOTY NUNO MENDES GOLD AT 18:59

I have a player (Giménez) in Squad Battles who received a red card. Even after playing a match with a new squad and leaving him in my club, he still appears as banned: “The following players are banned: Giménez. Replace banned players from RES or My Club.” I cannot advance with him in my squad. What should i do?
[Hacker] Exploit (“Blinding” T-Shirt) — Request for Compensation
Hello EA Support / FIFA Team, I am writing to report a visual exploit or hack observed during an Online Draft match in FIFA 24 and to request compensation for the incident. Details Issue: Opponent was using an unusually bright / flashing kit that created a severe glare on my screen, to the point that it was physically uncomfortable to look at and caused me eye pain. It looked like an intentional visual exploit rather than a normal in-game kit. Why I’m reporting: This behavior affected my ability to play fairly and caused real discomfort. I suspect this may be an exploit/hack and I would appreciate an investigation. HI, just having an issue to claiming the path to pro reward. I have completed all the objectives, including the " Diving in" objective. Under the path to pro section, my diving in objective is still not ticked for some reason, which does not let me claim the rewards as it is "incomplete" . Can i get help please?
Request to Extend FC Points Transfer Deadline for EA FC 25
Hi everyone, I wanted to start a discussion about the deadline for transferring FC Points from EA FC 24 to EA FC 25 and for future games From what I understand, the transfer window closes around late December or early January each year. While I get that EA needs to set a cut‑off, I think this deadline is too soon for many players. Here are a few reasons why I believe the transfer period should be extended: • Late Purchasers: Some players don’t buy the new game until after the holidays, meaning they miss the transfer window entirely. • Missed Notifications: Not everyone sees the in‑game prompt or gets an email reminder, so they lose their points without realizing it. • Player Goodwill: Extending the deadline would show flexibility and appreciation for the community, especially for loyal players who’ve invested in FC Points over multiple years. My suggestion: Keep the transfer option open until at least the end of the game’s cycle (or at minimum, several months longer than it is now).
