Bought FC points from the store and never got the
Hi I moved to Canada couple of months ago from Emirates. So my PS account si from emirates. I charged my PSn account with PSN points and bought an FC 25 points card. I have never received it. I suppose it has to do with the region or something. I am not able to reach the PS support emirates. the phone number doesnt work and the live chat is always saying they dont have agent available. I even woke up at 2:30 am here so 11:30am there (time when they open) ad same . Someone has a solution or a number ...anything? Thanks for your helpSolved116Views0likes3Comments
Missing fc points
I bought the fc points option of 100 three times as I was wishing to get 300, But to my surprise as I opened fc they weren’t there I tried close the application and opening it back up a couple of times but still nothing. I then checked my credit card statements and there they were I tried again atleast 4 times and I even tried the companion app but still nothing. Can we please resolve this ASAP as I was hoping to open a couple of packs for TOTY but that wont be possible if I don’t even have the credits. ThanksSolved76Views0likes1Comment

Transferban for accidentally buying the wrong player
I tried to buy TOTY puskas but i was in a hurry and i accidentally bought regular puskas for way to much so you can imagine how gutted i felt after losing around 1 million coins. Then a few hours later i het a transferban??? I have been playing fifa for over 15 years an have never done anything against the rules and now suddenly beceause of an honest mistake i get a transferban. I already made an objection but they say it is a justified ban?! Guten Abend, hab mir über EA play EA FC 25 zum realise geholt, jedoch machte mir das Spiel nicht so spaß und ich verlängerte mein Abo nicht. Hab mir nun dem XBOX Games Pass geholt und dachte mir da ist EA FC 25 drinne man könnes ja nochmal ausprobieren. Wenn ich das Spiel allerdings starte, kommt im Start Bildschirm, nach der Profil auswahl, das keine Verbindung hergestellt werden kann und ich es neu starten soll oder auf der super tollen Seite von EA schauen soll. Finde einfach nicht heraus woran der Fehler liegt und EA hat ja jeglichen Support eigestellt bei anliegen. Kann mir jemand helfen? Good evening, got me a realase through EA Play EA FC 25, but I didn't really enjoy the game and I didn't extend my subscription. Now I got the XBOX Games Pass and thought I was there EA FC 25 inside you could try it again. However, when I start the game, the start screen comes after the profile selection that no connection can be made and I should restart it or look at the super great side of EA. Just don't find out what the mistake is and EA has given all support to concerns. Can someone help me? on last sunday, when I started up the PS5 fc25 Ultimate Team, all the players available for trade in the game were suddenly deleted, and there were signs that the fc points I had paid for had been used. The transfer list had also changed significantly, and players I didn't recognize were linked to the market. When I checked my EA account immediately, I found that it had been illegally accessed from Germany, as in the attached file, and that it had been linked to Xbox and downloaded the PC version, and other hardware that I don't have. I changed my password several times, but it didn't improve, and the hacker kept forcing me to change my password, so I switched the authentication method from Authenticator to email and did it again. His username is [Edited] I was 10-0 in fut champs today and I matched up against this guy. I was 3-1 up then he paused it twice and after the pauses ended my players ran slow as and I couldn’t move. He also tweaked his power on his shots so they were twice as fast. As you can see in the video I couldn’t run. I ended up getting 14-1 and even though I’m happy with that he ruined 15-0 for me. Surely there’s some compensation or he gets banned regardless. Please sort this out for me. I’ve also made a case against him too. @EA_Barry Link to video is here. I got falsely banned on transfer market in EA FC25! i accendentially bought a player overpriced and EA accused me of illegal coin transfer. I got banned from the transfer market at the best time of the year
I logged in today and I saw that I was banned at 8 in the morning, time that I was sleeping.I woke up at 12 and I go to try to sell a Thierry Henry that I was trading with and I see A notification that I was BANNED! Not locked of for some days or something BANNED!!! I have never done something that goes against the policy of the game and their terms! The only thing that I do is trading with cards to get profits to buy better cards and now I will not be able to complete the ze roberto card and I will lose coins from the Thierry Henry that I was trading with! Lost coins and items in my club
I was playing on my PS5 from around 5-9 last night and everything was fine as i logged off. Later on in the night, at around midnight, i logged onto the companion app. again everything was fine and normal. i then went to sleep and woke up around half an hour ago to see on my companion app i was missing around 115k coins, from which i had 130k the night before and now had 15k. i then looked at my team to see traceable winter wildcards Pedro Porto and Vitinha missing from my team. Hi, i have a problem with the new Evolution TOTY Blueprint. I had a ZANIOLO evolution, he already had the Rapid playstyle plus, so with this evo he should gain First touch and Finesse plus, ignoring the Rapid that he already has. But as u can see in the photo, on the preview card he has only rapid and first touch. BUT, if i go to the playstyle section, it shows me also the Finesse plus.
