Hacked and banned

on last sunday, when I started up the PS5 fc25 Ultimate Team, all the players available for trade in the game were suddenly deleted, and there were signs that the fc points I had paid for had been used. The transfer list had also changed significantly, and players I didn't recognize were linked to the market. When I checked my EA account immediately, I found that it had been illegally accessed from Germany, as in the attached file, and that it had been linked to Xbox and downloaded the PC version, and other hardware that I don't have. I changed my password several times, but it didn't improve, and the hacker kept forcing me to change my password, so I switched the authentication method from Authenticator to email and did it again. This leads to an inquiry. Please finally recover my account.

i have already done it. but i cannot communicate by chat, only email. i want you to cancel illegal BAN ASAP but you dont let me know any updates.

Same thing happened to me. The hacker changed my email address and turned off login verification. I emailed EA about this and also added two attachments showing how both my email and security settings were changed. That was a week ago and i haven’t heard anything back yet… i missed out on all my evos and objectives and honestly I’ll probably never touch and ea sports product again.

ea is completly hypoctite, they don't ban plenty of youtuber who make promotion to buy coins and point, they are all well knowed, it is nearly all of them, no diificult to ban them, but they don't, they are all accomplices, stop viewing theirs videos, they re just rats hungry for easy money doing nothing
