Hacked and banned
on last sunday, when I started up the PS5 fc25 Ultimate Team, all the players available for trade in the game were suddenly deleted, and there were signs that the fc points I had paid for had been used. The transfer list had also changed significantly, and players I didn't recognize were linked to the market. When I checked my EA account immediately, I found that it had been illegally accessed from Germany, as in the attached file, and that it had been linked to Xbox and downloaded the PC version, and other hardware that I don't have. I changed my password several times, but it didn't improve, and the hacker kept forcing me to change my password, so I switched the authentication method from Authenticator to email and did it again. This leads to an inquiry. Please finally recover my account.
