I have no words
I have asked before why the Be A Pro ( and actually spell it out as BAP doesn’t seem to be understood) stick does not do anything it is supposed to. I can’t actually control a poke check as my stick always go to the puck. Even when I do the hold and redirect it. Nowadays that slows me down and even if I block a pass the puck still makes it. I guess I am saying why doesn’t the stick of a Be A Pro actually be more effective than a NPC?Energy?
Okay I have been paying attention to my health bar. In 2 day it barely goes up a single bar! Are you telling me I now have to spend energy point because a NHL player doesn’t recover in 2 days? That is total **bleep**. I can see back to back games. Can we go back to just division of our own experience depending on how many games we play?More frustration with the AI in BAP
Apparently, we lost Debrincat and Bedard to free agency and I’m on the first line with two middle six guys. Whatever. I’m a 98 so I’m carrying the best that I can. But what really ticked me off this morning was 3 on 3 OT. My linemate kept dumping it in which caused us to lose possession more than once. Obviously, I’m going to have to adjust and call for it every time so I can carry it into the zone. But I hate the fact that I have to do that. Game Mode: Franchise Mode Platform: Xbox Series X|S Issue Description There is a fundamental logic and math error in how Modified No-Trade Clauses (M-NTC) calculate tradeable teams in Franchise Mode. Instead of applying the clause exclusively to the 31 other teams in the league, the game uses a flat backend subtraction based on total league size (32 - Clause Count = Tradeable Pool. Because of this, the player's own current team is automatically forced to occupy one of their No-Trade restriction slots. This creates a faulty calculation that artificially inflates the tradeable teams pool: • With an 8-team NTC, the game calculates 32 - 8 = 24 tradeable teams. • However, because a player's current team cannot be traded to anyway, having it occupy one of the 8 NTC slots means only 7 actual external teams are being blocked. • Out of the 31 other teams in the league, blocking 7 results in 31 - 7 = 24 tradeable teams. The Core Problem: Players are being shortchanged out of a true 8-team external restriction because their home team is stealing one of their block slots, artificially inflating their tradeable pool to 24 instead of the correct 23 (31 - 8 = 23). Steps to Reproduce 1. Start or load any Franchise Mode save. 2. Inspect any player card belonging to a skater with an M-NTC (e.g., an 8-team No-Trade clause). 3. Observe the Tradeable Teams List counter, which incorrectly displays 24 tradeable teams. 4. PlayStation account username is: Dcity_smith And I wanted to start this conversation because on NHL 26 hockey ultimate team I did not know that the 99X sets for players required 10 tokens and a collectables and I sold like half my team for the collectables and I was just wondering if I can get that back because now I don’t have the desire to play because half of my team is gone and I wanted to get the 99X CharaI think this should be a third period only game...
4 minute periods really fudges the clock , screws up PPs and PKs or you make them realistic and people use them to troll and extend game times... At least if we play third period hockey , the clock gets screwed less. And we still have overtime. And you can have the gam face up/down still if youre playing a buddy on the couch. What nhl game do you see almost 2 minutes of game time go by for someone to skate to the bench and line change ... a quarter of the clock can be spent line changing every period. Which is why I suggested no animations for line changes, just a blip and change. There isn't enough time for the animations. Or the goalie takes wayyy too long to get to the bench for an extra skater . 3, 4 minute periods are bad.Issues with gameplay
Frustrated with Issues and Goalie AI in NHL 26 The current state of NHL 26 has major issues. Instead of fixing core gameplay problems that have plagued this series for years, the focus has shifted to adding new features while ignoring fundamental flaws. Here are the main issues that need to be addressed: * **Goalie AI & Performance:** Goalie tuning is incredibly inconsistent. Poor goalie positioning and flawed logic frequently break the gameplay experience. * **Glitch Goals:** Repeatable, exploit-based goals continue to ruin competitive play. These legacy exploits should have been patched long ago, yet they remain completely unaddressed. * **Misplaced Priorities:** It is incredibly frustrating to see new features introduced when the foundational gameplay mechanics are still broken or outdated. If these core gameplay issues aren't prioritized and fixed, there is no justification for buying NHL 27. The game needs fundamental fixes, not more additions.
please bring back the way sets were in the past
one thing i like to see ea bring back is the bronze, silver or gold sets for miscellaneous cards! i hope there is still time for this years game? when it comes to sets, please have and option for older collectables that you have missed that you can put in a set and get something for? like a miscellaneous set so you can at least get some kind of pack, a mini pack or one player pack or coins even, something at least? also when it comes to arena, jersey, logo's goalie masks and captains cards let us get something more then just another of the same card that we cannot even auction? please bring back the old sets so we can get some kind of player or pack, bring back the bronze, silver or gold packs depending how many cards you had for the sets that was way better then the way ea has it set up now its not fun or exciting when you have all these cards you worked hard getting and cannot even use i know ea wants us to spend money on packs but they need to change it back to the way they use to have it! make every card you earn be worth something even if we missed the deadline!Active Players.
I remember back in the day, you used to be able to see all the active players in whatever online game mode you were playing? Why did EA take that out? I woooonder when they and going to bring it back as a revamped feature? 🤣. Sitting wait 20mins to play a match of chel. Sometimes hours just to play a few. So annoying 😑Boss teams once a week!
a mode i like to see is some type of boss mode where it is a weekly challenge and it will cost you coins to play it and every time you lose it will cost you more coins to try again and you will only get so many tries! if the boss team wins the person who put it in gets a reward or coins or something! and if you beat it first try you get a great reward but the more you lose and have to retry your reward goes down each try! have EA make the team or have people put there team in and ea takes the best team for that week or something like that? i think it would be a fun mode and something extra to play besides the same old boring modes especially for single players! maybe have people have to put a card on there team up to lose if they lose or if they win they can pick a card off the boss team? have some type of quick fun mode besides cup champs or wildcard or moments!NHL27 Cup Chase!
things in cup chase i like to see, more options for how long a season is, maybe something like 15, 25, 50? option for continue ot or shootouts! have the announcers act different from regular season and playoffs, also for the moments with like last second goals or important goals, fights, injuries, great saves, have streaks matter, like how many wins in a row, shutouts, power play goals and penalty kills, fights won, how many times you won the cup, maybe show a banner with the cup wins! get extra bonus for scoring 10 plus goals, knocking out starting goalie and putting back up in, bonus for last second goals for a win or tie a game up especially for a playoff game! have the computer act differently for a playoff or regular season game! have options to scout teams, show scores of other games going on, give a bonus for not changing your team during season sticking with the same players through the entire season! hopefully there have been some tweaks to make it more fun!

Sick and tired of glitches and computers not doing anything. | EA Forums - 13399328 Hopefully this is resolved in NHL 27. It is why I barely bothered to score post cross creasers or one timers. My computers would be in awful positions. This is purely just for examples as I've been asked to provide video in the past. So, I took the time to compile plenty of footage to back up my claims.
Same old same old lag cheats
Nothing changes in this game , you call your way back to take a 4 to 3 lead, suddenly my players becomes absolutely bogged down and sluggish. The other team player score 5 goals on seven shots and I lose the game then 9 to 5 with five goals being scored in about three minutes…. This is what I expect in every game now. and I’ll give you a guess of what province they’re fromNhl 27 disapointment
I was happy for the new trailer. Bother me. Watch theres still going to be more LT spamming. I kinda dont care about online. But I guarantee there not very much development put into the offline modes I thought be a pro was a disaster. And my favorite mode, Franchise mode is horrible. And I seen the price tag of 130$ with bunch of useless add ons. Wtf i thought deluxe edition was only going to be like 100$. Not worth the much. Its over priced. People are right about that, game is over priced. Still gonna buy 😞. EA knows people are gonna buy. But what a waste.
