Pogo Customer Service Phone Number
🛑 There Is NO Pogo Customer Service Telephone Number Pogo discontinued all telephone support several years ago. Any phone number that claims to be Pogo Customer Service, Pogo Support Team or Pogo EA Team is operated by scammers attempting to obtain your information and resources. The Rise of Spoofing Remember when caller ID first came out and you could finally see who was calling? Caller ID names used to be reliable. Not anymore. 📍 Scammers can now alter caller ID names and make the call look like it's from any place - your local area code, a business, even official offices. 📍 They can purchase "burner numbers" - cheap, disposable phone numbers that can be replaced in minutes. If one number gets blocked, they just buy another. 📍 Local area codes don't mean local calls - Scammers can specifically use an area code because you're more likely to trust and answer it. 📍 If you have seen or received a phone number purporting to be Pogo Support - IT IS A SCAM. So, when your phone rings, the number you see might not be the real caller. That's exactly what "spoofing" means. You're not doing anything wrong — technology changed, not you. Scammers are simply taking advantage of it anywhere they can, hoping to trick good people who still trust their phones. Game lagging for many days now, making it very frustrating to play. I did all the clearing cache memory and stuff... still lagging. The problem is clearly on your end. Normally I wouldn't care, LCB is always having such problems and I've stopped playing it for fun, but I want to finish a challenge.AbC5707a34110691 day agoNew Novice14Views0likes6Comments- shey0270wm1 day agoNewcomer4Views0likes0Comments
Friendly Reminder: Pogo Emails & Safety
Pogo players are reporting they have received notifications such as: "your account requires verification", "we need to speak with you, before law enforcement is called" or "you will be suspended if you do not contact us" and other fear-inducing strategies. These fraudulent notifications instruct players to call dubious phone numbers or reach out to email addresses that are NOT associated with EA. ⛔Please do not call or reply to these emails. If you are unsure, please always feel free to post here or on Pogo Forums with any concerns. Report players through EA Help > Report a player To report or block a player on Pogo, visit their profile page and click the wheel/gear icon. Additionally, our friend PogoFans also posted a very important reminder: Beware of Fake "Pogo Customer Support" Websites Recently, a few members of our community reached out after encountering a fake “Pogo customer support” website that charged them for assistance. Unfortunately, even after paying, their game issues remained unresolved. These websites are not affiliated with Pogo or Electronic Arts – they are scams designed to steal your money and personal information. The ONLY Official Way to Contact Pogo Pogo’s support is handled exclusively through the official EA Help website. Pogo does not offer phone support. If you need assistance, scroll to the bottom of this EA Help page and click the “Contact Us” button. Pogo never asks for payment to fix your account or games, and they will not contact you unexpectedly. How the Scam Works Scammers often create websites or Facebook pages that impersonate Pogo’s official support. They advertise “premium help” or list a fake phone number. Once contacted, they’ll request payment to “fix” your issue – something EA/Pogo never charges for. Afterwards, victims usually still face the same problem, and scammers may even attempt to charge them again. What To Do If You’ve Been Targeted Take immediate action: Stop communicating with the scam site right away. Secure your account: Change your EA password and/or enable two‑factor authentication. If you made a payment: Contact your bank/credit card company and request a chargeback. Let’s keep our community safe and fun by staying informed and helping each other out. Share this post with all your Pogo friends and on social media, so no one else loses their money or account to one of these fake websites. Pogo_Sconnie and The Team. Please don't do away with this game. It is my favorite game, and I play it all the time as do many others who I have played and chatted with. I know there are other majong games but not quite like Quinns. Please reconsider the choice to drop it! Cattymiss (Catty)cattyme_Ht4 days agoSeasoned Newcomer47Views4likes2CommentsThe old Pogo was much better.
Bejeweled Stars - Winter event is impossible to win. I have been stuck on level 3 since it began. There is something wrong with level 3 - YOU CAN NOT WIN - and it makes no sense - so you can not figure out how to win. I am disappointed with Pogo - I started playing in 1999 - left and rejoined. The old version of Pogo - and the choice of badges - was way better than it is today. Too many pop ups also. Pogo used to be the best game site on the net. Not anymore - It is an inferior version of what it used to be. I feel sad.anne2g_4 days agoRising Newcomer14Views0likes0CommentsGame Play - Challenges too difficult
After 10 years I've become dicouraged with the games and challenges. It's gotten to where I can no longer complete challenges beause they are too difficult. For example, Solitaire Home Story. I have to do 18 streaks in black only if I want to get to the next challenege. I'm tired of trying over and over again. It's not fun any more!!!ccbeachwalker4 days agoSeasoned Newcomer75Views1like5CommentsPhlinx II game is too difficult to win
I have been a member of club pogo here since the 1990's and always enjoyed it. The last year though it is not fun anymore at least the Phlinx game ,it is too difficult to get past a level now. I know I'm getting older now but I am not lame. Thinking of letting this site go as it is not fun any more. Why make it so hard to get through a level? maybe offer easy med or hard levelsohwhataknight16 days agoRising Newcomer14Views0likes0CommentsUpdate Front Page..
Could you please take the November/December games off the front page so that there is room for the January badges...You can't see them at all right now and I - and I'm sure that like me, others like to see them as well, so we can choose the order that we play them in.. Since I have you, this is not important really, but are you aware that a halloween witch has been in the sky when you open Merge Academy for a few years now? I expect that whoever looks after that type of thing has just not noticed.. Thanks for your time, Good2BthePrincesformalyP4lrX7 days agoSeasoned Newcomer13Views0likes0CommentsCome on!

I found this level a bit annoying and I was required to use some powerups to be able to finish it (which I did shortly after taking this picture). I'm sure someone may find a simpler solution that might require less cards and powerups, but this is my solution.BlueStar19889 days agoRising Rookie14Views1like0CommentsPogo's Negative Patterns & Refusal to Listen
Today, I saw the notice that three games are being retired: A Way with Words, Anagrams, and Quinn's Aquarium. This genuinely came as a shock to me because Pogo just sunsetted a bunch of games semi-recently and because Quinn's was notoriously one of the most popular games. The elimination of games after Java obviously made sense, but with the cries of players everywhere yearning for the traditional game files to be revitalized...Pogo and EA have been extremely passive when it comes to their fanbase. Worse still and yet, perhaps most notably, the newest games are going to be similar to Solitaire Home Story, Viola's Diner, etc. which again, players have been VERY vocal in saying that these types of games are not desired. The stylization is more juvenile, the gameplay tends to be more similar to what one could get on thousands of other sites, and they are all driven by a similar building structure. Rather than getting to play at your own leisure, there are energy requirements and the focus shifts to buying in-game items. Essentially, it seems to be a desperate appeal toward younger generations and gaining more money from in-site purchases. Part of their message included the following quote: "Retiring older titles allows us to focus our efforts on building exciting new experiences and continuing to strengthen the Pogo platform for the future." However, in reading the message, the vast majority of people are constantly noting their plans to cancel memberships (if they have not already). The forums are bursting with pleas wishing for how the site and games used to be. The newer games could just as easily be retired to focus their efforts elsewhere, but they choose older games for some bizarre reason. Even then...Quinn's still had some components of a building-based game, albeit with unlimited energy and a much preferred interface for the majority of us. I cannot fathom why Pogo has to sunset it; they could even just leave it there to play infinitely instead of washing it from the site. There is no resolution to this that I myself can provide, nor anyone else on this platform, I am sure. I more so needed a place to lay out my thoughts, which I know many of you share based on some other posts. The website now holds barely 60 games, many of which are subpar & that players dislike (or may be neutral toward at best). With one game being sunsetted after another - and with such poor, glitchy, juvenile, basic games replacing them - Pogo is shifting to a site that I may no longer yearn to frequent.mwstar1910 days agoSeasoned Hotshot96Views4likes9CommentsMatching Moments Feedback - Spend payoff not worth it
Unlike Solitaire Home Story game, the similar new Matching Moments Pogo game is virtually impossible to earn items to help you win your games. You have to spend 3900 coins for the most needed items, which is a ridiculous amount. No other game I've played since I joined in 2010 has required me to spend so much for so little help. Doesn't seem right to bring on a new game that seems to exist only for the money it can earn, rather than the fun and enjoyment of its players. I've played tons of level 121 games and cannot beat it with skill alone. This is extremely frustrating as I'm a senior citizen on limited funds. This game should have some ways to win the items that help you play better via rewards. Game makers please take note.jomawo194511 days agoSeasoned Newcomer61Views0likes4CommentsThe point of membership?
most games are no longer user friendly, the meaning of a challenge has changed drastically, it seems now a days its about spending more monies to win a game ,even as we have paid membership for many years. When you can no longer win a challenge with whitt there is nothing left, we pay membership to be able to accomplish challenges and have fun ,meet people, right now its total frustration so we cant complete challenges we miss out. this really needs to change . im sure one could cancel membership, play for free because no one can complete most challenges anyway, really no point in paying. When I enter a game its because i want to play, this energy thing is ridiculous, it forces one to have to exit ,when all they wanted to do is play that game, oh but if you want to spend money you can play more, well i paid money each year, but now you (pogo) is dictating (limiting)what games i can play. so not right.pinklacep311 days agoRising Newcomer55Views1like1Comment►►► CHAT UPDATE (July 2021)
