September 17, 2025, Update cannot visit Green Valley
After today's update, I am no longer able to travel to Green Valley. IF I try to visit Green Valley, I am thrown out of the game. I have checked for OS updates, done several hard shut downs, cleared everything I can think of and still no improvement. This makes the game virtually unplayable. On 9/17/25 I purchased the Premium Mayor's Pass Plus for $8.99. I got a quick pop up saying there was a mistake and it would be fixed in 24 hours. Well 24 hours has passed by 7 hours and nothing has been done. Even though I have paid for the Plus pass, they are only giving me the regular premium pass, which is 5 advanced tiers. I have already played thru 8 tiers. I have not collected anything. My payment has already cleared my bank. I tried to contact EA and I get a nice long list of things I need in order to contact them. I'm down to "What Console am I using. I'm not using a console. I am using Blue Stacks on my PC to play SimCity Buildit. No matter what I put into the box, it comes back, not found and to use better key words. I just want what I paid real money for in game.New Oktoberfest Competition
Has anyone looked at the new competition yet and wondered how on earth you can buy any of the buildings for the journal? I've collected 8000 pretzels so far but you can only exchange them for a pittance of the Oktoberfest cash. So far today all I've got is 1007. That's exchanging pretzels throughout the day. Most of the buildings are 25k...hows that gonna work then? Even over 26 days that wouldn't be enough to purchase more than one building. Or am I missing something???Game gets frozen with error code 17
Game played on iPad Air 5 th Gen, 8 GB ram, 256 GB flash memory. This started about 4 months ago and is now happening several times during play. I also play on iPhone but no issues with it, just the iPad. This is what I get and the only way to resolve it is to restart the game. It seems that when I switch between cities or check CoM tasks where the game has to go to the server, it freezes with this message. Any fixes available for this problem?

You better slow down EA, if your prices at mayor pass get any better now you might Steel players from other games. I was hacked and lost access to my account. After I regained control of my account and logged back into the game, I started experiencing the error shown below. Could you please help me fix this issue, or restore my game progress to 2–3 days ago? A new season has just started, and I was planning to spend money to complete the new season tasks. However, I cannot continue playing if this error persists, and I may have to quit the game.Sunny Isles rail on bridge completely missing
The rail that should be on the bridge is completely not there, it's just empty grey. I previously had a real connection between bridges but after the recent update the bridge at the centre just disappeared. I have attempted rebooting the app, deleting and replacing rails and shifting road around it but the rail in the centre is just not there no matter how many times I reboot.
