@AggieSim Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
@kolectt What exactly happens when you try to play, and when in the process does the game stop working? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
@puzzlezaddict I am repairing now & it is currently downloading. I have my finger crossed this fixes it.
it won’t let me put the video on here but do you have like ig? or snapchat? so i can send you the video there because it’s a little to complicated for me to explain.
