Update Issues

The latest update that you guys just pushed out has some issues. None of my worlds that I have households in show anymore in manage worlds & I can't get play any of my households. The household that ...

@AggieSim Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.

@kolectt What exactly happens when you try to play, and when in the process does the game stop working? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.

@puzzlezaddict I am repairing now & it is currently downloading. I have my finger crossed this fixes it.

  @kolectt I don't have social media accounts, sorry. What you could do is upload the video to the site of your choice and link it here. Or you could tell me when in the process the game stops working, and what you see.
