Re: PS4 - Multiplayer Sunflower loading screen for months

@Banky007 Do you have any issues with any other online games? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yourself to see if they help?

  • No, this is the only game I'm having trouble with. I can play Destiny 2 for as long as 12 hours without it disconnecting me. Netflix runs smoothly too.. so it's just this game ☹️

  • @EA_Darko Like I said previously. This is the only game I have trouble connecting with. I own an xbox one, 360, nintendo switch etc. and the multiplayer works perfectly.. Just not Plants Vs Zombies garden warfare 2 on ps4. Why would it be my connection if all my other games work fine??

@Banky007 Based on you UO Trace you have serious connection issues. You have packet loss on almost every hop, anything other than 0% or 100% packet loss is an issue and you have % loss all over the place. You also have incredibly high ping best/worst, any difference of more than 100ms is an issue and you have 16ms / 405ms, 268ms / 435ms,  1ms / 149ms and so on.

The best thing to do is speak with your ISP, show them your UO Trace and they will be able to help you.

  • @EA_Darko hmm it mustn't be that bad because I loaded up my Plants vz zombies garden warfare 2 on my XBOX One... went to the mystery portal and with in 5 seconds I was playing Multiplayer with others.... Looks like the problem is just on Ps4.  which is a real shame because I've spent so much time and money getting coins and getting every character ☹️

@Banky007 It is pretty serious, your UO Trace is one of the worst that I have ever seen. Based on your UO Trace I would be egitimately surprised if you are not seeing serious issues with latency and connection. I would suggest speaking to your ISP for the reason I pointed out above.
