In this case, I would reach out to EA Help to see if one of our game advisors can verify your active membership and help you get back into the Club side of things.

• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Manage memberships
• Click Select contact option
