You make some very good points and to be honest I think you're correct in saying that her adult form would make more sense when she is matched up next to Vader but my problem with that is her adult form appears in Rebels which I believe (and please correct me if I'm wrong) takes place some time between ROTS and ANH. If I am correct the only two pieces of Star Wars canon that take place during that time is Rouge One and Rebels so unless Battlefront 2 specifically utilizes those setting I feel as though young Ahsoka would fit better with the setting. She was an important part of the Clone Wars which was obviously a part of the prequel trilogy so in my opinion that version of her would be a more natural fit for the setting. Also to your point, I like her character design in Rebels but I don't like the art style of the show.

- They could add Rebels Content as a DLC. That's how we could get the Rebels Version of her in the game. Sorry but I need to use those White Lightsabers in this game eventually. It is one of the Most Rare and Unique Lightsaber Colors Ever and the Hardest to get in SWTOR. Plus, she looks so Awesome and Powerful with them. This Version would be a Great Playable Character in this Game. If we get Ahsoka in this game at all from some DLC's we might get The Clone Wars Version, too. If she is ever added. I would be surprised if she does get added eventually. She is not as Popular as I would like her to be. I will be Very Surprised if she ever is added in Battlefront 2. I would Love for this to happen and really Hope it does but I don't know if they will add content from the Shows later in DLC's. She's just not Popular enough. On the Bright Side the Associate Design Director wants her in the game eventually. But if they only give us The Clone Wars Version it would be Too Predictable. This Version has been in quite a few games and the only game you can play as the Rebels Version of Ahsoka, Mobile Games don't count, is Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens. That's it. And ever since she returned to Star Wars in Rebels I have wanted to play as this Version of her in a Game, like Battlefront 2. This Version is Ahsoka in her Prime, she has that cool Outfit, and she uses WHITE Lightsabers, and lots of other Ahsoka Fans Love her White Lightsabers, not just me. I would be Very disappointed if we only got the Clone Wars Version. The Rebels Version of Ahsoka is the Most Current Version of her right now. So if we only got The Clone Wars Version, that would be disappointing. I'll be Surprised if she is ever added to the game. If they decide to give us BOTH Versions of Ahsoka, I'm all for it, as I Love Ahsoka in General, but if they only give us 1 Version, I would want to see the Rebels Version. Lots of Ahsoka Fans want to use her White Lightsabers in this game eventually, and who wouldn't? She looks so Cool with them. But I'll be surprised if we get Ahsoka at all, even in DLC's. If it is Hinted though that content from the Shows will be added Later, then I will have even More Hope that she will be added to this game Eventually. But I really want the Rebels Version in this game the most. If they give us The Clone Wars Version, too of course I will play as that Version as well. But I don't want The Clone Wars Version of Ahsoka fighting Vader in Cross Era Hero Matches just because we Never got the Rebels Version. If we get BOTH, Cool. But if we get the Rebels Version, this way The Clone Wars Version wouldn't be the Only Version fighting Vader in Cross Era Hero Matches, the Rebels Version would be fighting him, too. Plus, I feel the Rebels Version of Ahsoka and Rey would make a Great Team in Cross Era Hero Matches, especially since Rebels Ahsoka is closer to Rey's Age than Clone Wars Ahsoka. I don't know why but I have always wanted Ahsoka to meet Rey. I even have Funko Pops of Ahsoka and Rey directly next to each other on my Dresser, they never made a Clone Wars Ahsoka Funko Pop, so it is a Rebels Ahsoka Funko Pop, and it's my Opinion that Rebels Ahsoka and Rey look so Cool together. I would Love for Ashley Eckstein's and Daisy Ridley's characters to interact with each other in Cross Era Hero Matches eventually, since it will probably never happen in Canon. As I was saying, I'm not saying I don't want the Clone Wars Version of Ahsoka in the Game at all. I'm saying it would be a Missed Opportunity for the Rebels Version of Ahsoka to NEVER be added At All. If we're lucky maybe we'll get DLC's themed around Clone Wars and Rebels in the Future. I do not expect content from the Shows at Launch. But it would be a Welcome Surprise to see content from the Shows be added later that would allow us to play as characters like Ahsoka, Captain Rex, and The Grand Inquisitor, etc etc. This way some DLC's would be themed around The Last Jedi, some around Rogue One, some themed around The Clone Wars TV Show, and some around Rebels. The reason why it would be unexpected for content from the TV Shows to be added later is because Clone Wars and Rebels are Underrated, and Most Star Wars Fans ASSUME BOTH are Only for Children, which they're not. In other words, Dave Filoni deserves more Credit. Plus, if we get content added from the Shows eventually in this game, this would be the Very First time ANY Star Wars Battlefront Game included content from the TV Shows. And it would be a New Addition to the Star Wars Battlefront Franchise.
As a fan of Ahsoka, I want her in the game. Any version, preferably both old and young Ahsoka depending on the map.
Those who are saying the older one doesn't make sense, yes, it does. She is in the Rebels show, meaning it is Canon, a show which has some of the ships and locations that are already in this game. The campaign has some of them.
And, yes some of the Rebels from the TV show were in Rogue One, Hera (only mentioned as General Syndulla over the intercom), Saw Gerrera and Chopper as well as their ship the Ghost. Do an internet search and find out yourself. So, it's not a stretch to include Ahsoka in future content since they have already included characters form the TV show in the movies as well as locations/ships from Rogue One being in the first SWBF and this new SWBF2.
- Why not both? Character skins are a thing. Wouldn’t be too hard to have the same fighting and abilities but with one younger and one older. Then you could play immersively depending on the era
