Re: Error code 721

I've got the same problem on PS4 since yesterday. I've tried to everything in 'PLAYSTATION CONNECTION TROUBLESHOOTING' 

I've found the answer. You should check your IP version. I've changed it from IPv6 to IPv4, and now everything is OK 🙂

Potential fixes/workarounds for error 721:

• Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• Temporarily disable antivirus or add the game executable to the whitelist of your antivirus
• Disable IPv6 on your router (support from your internet provider if required)
• Open the ports detailed here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront-ii/troubleshoot-star-wars-battlefront-ii/

Have had the same problem since last night, been on hold to EA for an hour and a half now..

since at least 3 or 4 hours ago can't connect to origin at first... now I can connect to origin but when I tried to connect in battlefront II... ERROR 721 says something like its unable to connect to EA servers... 

I am getting same error. 721. It won't let me connect to EA servers. Puts me in offline mode. I play the PC version. 

The login servers are not accessible. Therefore the game turns to offline mode and the profile data can not be loaded. I think this issue is related to origin error some hours ago, where you was only able to login in origin in offline mode.

Interesting they don't post a time on that notice - only a date.

Obviously, we're not dealing with the most tech-savvy support organization.

I can only imagine some people at EA at this point wish this game had never come out.  It's gotten so much bad press and now this (which isn't just a BF2 issue).

BTW - I suppose I'll point out the bright side...

An hour ago, I couldn't even log into Origin.  At least now I can get into Origin - just can't get BF2 online yet.

@DarthFDG Same here, couldnt log in to Origin an hour ago and now it seems solved but still can't login to battlefront 2. Funny thing is EA claimed everything is fixed on twitter:

Still not working in Eastern US (at least for me).

I can now login to Origin but Battlefront 2 keeps saying error code 721. Cant connect
