Black Screen?

I play red dead 2 at ultra 60 - 70 fps quietly video card 73 degrees and processor 65 - 70, star wars survivor stays 60 while optimizing files and loses video and I need to restart the force...

it seems that it stops giving connection between my monitor and gpu, only restarting to come back

  • When I attempt to launch Star Wars Jedi Survivor I just get a black screen. In the task Manager on my Windows PC it says that the program is not responding.

I have tried the following troubleshooting methods in which none of them have worked:

    - Verify game files.

-ensured my GPU has the latest driver installed

    - System requirements I have ensured I have met the minimum requirements for the game ( My specs are Ryzen 5 3600 & Nvidia RTX 3060 12GB, and 32GB of Ram)

-Made sure I have the latest windows update installed.

-Disable/ enable my anti virus software

    -restart EA app

    - Restart PC

    - run .exe program as Administrator

I realized that Star Wars Jedi Survivor is built on Unreal Engine 4. And Ironically I have been experiencing this issue on other games as well that are built with Unreal Engine 4 like Hell Let Loose, And Post Scriptum.

Pls help because this is becoming a real problem for me, and I do not want to restart my PC.

It has happened on the optimizing game files step as well.
