I've already tried that unfortunately, they said there is nothing they can do and to just follow my post here
Since the crystal promotion runs out in a few days i purchased some, but had to pay an extra $3 for tax on coffers
Seems everyone says there is nothing they can do

Even created a New EA account under the same email as my game
Shows my purchase history and country as US

It's charging me canadian tax after converting
Should be $53.69 instead It's 56 something after it's converted

Have you checked your Google Play/Apple account to see if it's wrongly in Canadian currency? I can't think of anywhere else this would be coming from other than what I've mentioned already.

Update: it finally started showing USD on my phone while using mobile data
Still showing CAD using my home wifi

Thanks for the update. This is a weird one for sure. Does your router have a location setting that is set to Canada?

You should be able to log in to your router to find out. If you don't know how to do that, google the router model and you should find some instructions.

I'm sure it's my home wifi that's the issue since it's correct on my phone , unfortunately nothing i can do about that
