Yeah, exactly the same here. Can't continue the game at this point.

Happens here with the current Version from EA.

To clarify: My bug is with the turret. I can free the vent, but not "leave" the turret afterwards. This happens both with powered and unpowered turret. As soon as i use it, i'm stuck.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in the Mission Research Tanalorr, on koboh. after using the energy thingy to activate the laser, im stuck in the menu
What happens when the bug occurs? just stuck, no button works. even going to main menu doesnt fix it
What do you expect to see? a way to exit the laser

No, i tried different stuff - 10 times stuck out of 10 tries.

Yeah, i tired about the same stuff including rebooting the PC.

@EA_Leeuw UPDATE: So I was able to get across to the 3rd platform by manipulating the birds flight luckily. When I get over to the third platform and do the puzzle and get the orb to the coupling........THE THIRD LIFT ISN'T WORKING EITHER!!! IMAGINE FREAKING THAT. THIS IS JUST PATHETIC. A patch needs to be deployed ASAP!!

How to fly to the third platform if the second platform is not working

This needs fixing asap like this is the kind of stuff you find in a old gen game 

Thats what is happening to me. Ive been trying to get to the third platform but failing. So close though.

Okay so both me and my friend had this issue, we found a way to fix it, it has to do with your key binds, if you have changed them it breaks the ability to escape that, so there are two solutions, if you dont care about giving up on your keybinds you can just reset to default and it should be tab to drop the turret. However, we also found a way to preserve your binds, in the settings there should be 3 binds you can use, the one for controller, the one for your pc, and a 3rd unbound one, go to Evade/Drop and change the 3rd option to any key it doesnt really matter as long as you dont press it a lot. You can then use that second button to drop the turret. Its a dumb fix and really shouldnt be a problem but its EA so...

@Renol_Babadabonithis still doesn't fix the issue regarding the inactive updrafts...i don't get why the issue on PC regarding the bug that doesn't let you escape the turrets got grouped with our issue  regarding the updraft activation -> which makes you unable to get to the next platforms...

Summarize your bug 2nd updraft is not activating when hitting it with the ray gun, there is also never even any khobo material on it to start like the first draft.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Summarize your bug On khobo at the devastated settlement, after powering the 2nd gun, there was no khobo material on 2nd updraft vent and there is no updraft that will get me to the next platform. I cannot play this game any further until it's fixed due to it being a story mission.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
