What happens when the bug occurs? Literally cannot get to the next platform and progress. Game is broken for me.

Summarize your bug On khobo at the devastated settlement, after powering the 2nd gun, there was no khobo material on 2nd updraft vent and there is no updraft that will get me to the next platform. I cannot play this game any further until it's fixed due to it being a story mission.
