I know it seems odd, but can you check to make sure? Also, try clearing using an incognito browser to avoid any cookie issues.

I logged in with SWGOH via: Connect/ EA Connect, 4 days ago and I still haven't receved those free chests. I am logget in with the same email for both the game and EA. Can you help me, please?

Can you try logging in through a Chrome browser in incognito mode and let me know if the chest shows up?

I am now in incognito Chrome on my lapop, but no CHEST apear on game on my phone. I play this game with my phone. 

What can I check?

Just log in to your other account and go to the same URL I mentioned.

I tried , but after I put the cod, apear an error.

Try using a chrome browser in incognito mode. It's possible cookies are causing this.

I do the same as with the main account, but the error appears every time I try. And I did it on Chrome incognito.  I dont no what to do next. Pls help

Make sure you are requesting the code from the other account. If you are requesting the code from the first account, it won't work with the second account.
