Probably the first thing to check

go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64

if a file called libcef.dll exists here cut it out of there and put in a temp folder until you know it isn't needed then delete it , it should not be there, this is part of the chromium files and should be located in each program folder, if a different version gets put in a common folder issues such as you have currently occur

    Do a search for libcef.dll , if they are in program folders they are ok , if they are in a common path remove them

    What Antivirus do you use ?

    Run the launcher repair utility here just in case

    Now do not jump the error, but does not open xD, i have avast antivirus

    @Reckesly

    You are likely best going to a clean boot per here and see if the launcher appears ok , if it does follow the directions in the link to narrow down the conflict.
