The login details are correct. Using these data can play swtor . The problem is only with logging into my account page www.

There is a limit to the number of characters used for the password on the website, if your password is excessively long , try making it under 12 characters.

The game launcher does not have this issue so able to play but not login on the website indicates it could be this.

So try the password reset if this is the case

The password is 10 characters. I tried to change the password . Password changed but still can not log in to my account .

Very odd , have you tried a different web browser just in case

other then that phoning as I mentioned below will be the quickest way to resolve this

Another possiblity could be non standart ascii Charakteres in the Password.
