Re: I just paid money for a free game

Sorry, I can't read Russian, but I took a look at the Starter Pack in Origin where I'm from (in English). I think you should have gotten a subscription code when you bought the starter pack. Otherwise, your subscription may need to be activated in some other way. I know that some methods of subscription activation can take up to 2 hours to take effect (for me, that's Paypal). Note that I don't work for EA. I just play the game, so I'm guessing at what may be the issue. Hopefully someone from EA will talk to you.

1. Since you just bought it, did you register/create an account? I saw your screenshot, so I assume you already did this (I saw your Display Name).

2. Was there a code that came with your Starter Pack? If so, that's probably where you get your game time (subscription). You may need to enter it at the SWTOR website at My Account > Subscription > Game Time Code. DO NOT enter at Code Redemption, which is for special events apparently. However, if you have a code and it doesn't work at Game Time, then try Code Redemption just in case.

Otherwise, try to first reach Origin tech support, not SWTOR support. Since you bought a product (the game pack), the store (Origin) should be responsible for sending you all contents of the Starter Pack, which includes a subscription. That's my best guess. I never dealt with the starter pack, but rather through the SWTOR website. Hope this helps. Don't beat yourself up over this and try not to get too frustrated. There is a solution somewhere.
