Subscription billing problem (billed me wrong price?)

My understanding is that the difference is to do with taxes/import fees in brazil 

R$116.50 is equal to roughly USD $30.00 so i gather you purchased the 60day subscription as that is around USD $30.00 so it equates to the same amount.

Yeah, I know but if they put on the website the value in dollar I can make the real value, the wrong here is they saying that will be R$ 60,00 and than billing me 30,00 USD that is double the value they say :/

Yeah I understand exactly what you are saying and wish their billing system could handle this better , i know they lowered the base cost so it came to the same value for those in brazil.

I think the issue is they cant handle or display the import fees which are added when there merchant does the conversion and sale.

I do believe they have a disclaimer stating the figure may not contain all applicable fees etc. but that doesn't stop this confusion.

If they can do what amazon does seen below, see tax is listed as zero but the import fee almost doubles the cost, so if can display the import fee would be great.

Will flag @EA_Kat if this can be passed back as feedback to stop this confusion.

I know where your coming from and do not disagree 

To talk to them in regards to money though you will need to call them (Link to numbers) unfortunately they will not discuss account/money issues over a forum ....
