- The problem appears to have resolved itself after a day, I apologize for wasting your time.
Well, I left the quest area after managing to get back in and then tabbed out and in again, and now I'm having exactly the same problem as before.
As you've asked, none of the European servers are working.- Well, it appears to be on and off but I'd still like a solution.

Can you confirm this is occurring on just one character on that account and other characters on that account access darth malgus ok when this occurs ?
- Yes. I logged onto SWTOR during the first time it glitched on another account and it could access all of the other servers. It's possible that I got lucky with the other account and started it up in a fixed state, however I find that unlikely.

@148681983757962 When you next get the connection error and can't connect, can you please use PingPlotter to test your connection from your PC to these two IP addresses:
159.153.92.28
159.153.72.252
The first one is the US where you seem to be able to connect fine, and the second one is EU where you're experiencing the issues. If you do the test after you get the error, it should give us a good picture of what's happening.
