BF2 causes static on screen w/ residual screen tear on monitor until power cycle

On launching Battlefront 2, my entire monitor becomes Static, like an old TV. If I alt + tab out of the game, I am able to occasionally hover over the program on the task bar, and it shows it in windowed mode looking correct. Sometimes after closing the game portions of my screen tears until I power cycle my monitor. I use a dual monitor setup, with the monitor it's played on being a 4K Acer KG281K. I also had this problem with Squadrons, and managed to fix that, though how I don't know. The game is run as admin, all overlays are turned off. I uninstalled and reinstalled with a restart between the 2. Earlier today I did manage to get it to play correctly, but the game crashed when joining any match. It returned to static.

Specs:

CPU Ryzen 7 3700X

GPU Nvidia RTX 3070 FE

RAM 32GB DDR4

Game is installed on a 2TB WD HDD

2 Images attached are the game (The full static screen), and the residual effects on the monitor (Cropped slightly to avoid personal info, but still shows the problem).

@EA_Atic I do not have an extra cable, and Walmart doesn't carry them. Any suggestions? This is the only program that does this

Is it a new or old HDMi cable? At that resolution I would suggest Display port cables.

You could you try rollback to earlier drivers and see if that helps. @PicklesAreFruit

Update, uninstalled and now reinstalling the program. Decided to try arcade, and it launched on my second monitor working okay. But, while it worked on that monitor, it did still cause my other monitor it wasn't on to go back to static. The rabbit hole deepens
