The standard 30 day retail code from origin can only be applied to a swtor account once , this applies if the old box retail key was applied too.
You are best to give swtor support a call they should be able to manually apply the game time to your account once you provide them the code so they can verify it on their end.

called EA said that everything is fine with the account you need to write it in support of SWTOR how and where to write and what???

EA support is different to Swtor support, You can send an email to support@swtor.com (be sure to provide the code) but they may require you to call the numbers i linked in the previous post
When i enquired with swtor support they did say calling is better
I'm just from Russia and I don't know English well I can't speak I write with a translator and what should I do I went through the SWTOR website to the support service and didn't understand anything there please tell me how to be where to write!?
