Receiving One Time Password Email, but the Password doesn't work

So after a long hiatus, I came back to play this game, the first time I played it made me do a one time password and everything went fine, but everytime I have tried since, it asks me for a one time password again.

I receive the email everytime with the password,

go to enter it and it says "your answer was incorrect, please confirm your entry"

I have tried multiple times, both typing them out myself or copy pasting them.
