You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona danmostbadassnam (not frootloopcoup) that EA account uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (use the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

and after you fix the account per above if the codes still dont work include the codes in the email
edit - support have refunded one purchase and the other is queued to be refunded when it closes in the system
Hi, I just tried all morning to buy a subscription or gametime, which neither worked. I was receiving "an error as occured" message each time. Tried with paypal and my mastercard.
A couple of minutes later I received a paypal charge for the game-time I tried to buy (Invoice #1004662891361) AND a charge pending on my mastercard for the gametime (#1004663691361).
First, I only wanted one of the charges to go through, clearly not two of them.
Second, I didn't get the gametime yet and it's been nearly an hour. So I got two charges and no gametime, which sucks.
Contacting the support is a nightmare cause there's nearly none (Other than calling which is a nightmare in Canada)

Hi. My sub ends today and i want to buy non-recurring 2 month subscribtion, as i did before. Payment method - Yandex Money, there enough money to buy sub. But when i click continue - get error. About 10 invoices, last - 1003999505256. Also i try to pay with credit card directly, invoice 1003998705256. Nothing happens, just "An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU1010". I reset password on EA, switch 3 browsers, and no effect. Please help me with this problem, let me sub and undo odd sub invoices.

Support have added 60 days , and when/if the other transaction closes it will be refunded

Support said you will need to call them, and to stop trying to purchase the subscription until you have called.
And where i must call? 8442081969890 not available, and i absolute don't want spend money for international phone call. It will cost me about half my subscribe payment because i so-so read/write, but almost not understand english aurally. Where i may wrote e-mail or associate in chat? I can't even send ingame ticket, because to do it i must be subscriber, but i not subscriber because i can't buy my damn sub. 3 time before was absolute no problem with buying sub with Ya-money, what happens now?

You can have someone that speaks english make the call if you are there to provide the answers for account security

You joke, really? From my friends i most best master of english because may use not only google translator. And it seems, if problem impossible to solve without international call, i better drop SW and return to Black Desert or will try ESO. I 1st time collide with such laughable situation - want to spend money, but company not need it. Really never see more bad relation to almost constant client : /

The mastercard transaction will be refunded , there can be a delay as they need to wait for that transaction to say closed in their system, so it has been added to the refund queue

have flagged , however it will be monday before i have a response.
most common issue is the linked ea account needs a password reset , if you put any emails used on your swtor account into the below link and reset the password , one of them may be correct
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword
once you do that it is best to use incognito mode on chrome to be sure the browser cache and cookies arent caching the maint page
if you get it resolved let me know and i will remove the flag to support
- @proxos666 I keep getting the twitter error when i attempt to do anything with buying / changing my payment options. DedTheros should be my account name.
I tried two EA account that I have and reset them both and tried ignito mode. I do not know if it link to some other EA account cannot recall from all the way in 2013. Nothing works. Just keep getting maintenance error. I clear cache, ignito, tried on another computer completely and nothing. I reset my EA password like 3 times so far and nothing. Is there a way to find out which EA account is connected to my SWTOR account? If so, I would love to know cause it just seems out of the blue? Never had any problems till now.
Tried doing Redeeming code but when press it, just tell me EA billing error thing.
I do not KNOW what to here at this point. I tried resetting password on EA. This is frustrating because I put so much dedication in and now I'm stuck being preferred forever and end up unable to access many of the things that I loved doing. I can't redeem anything, can't buy subscription, there's nothing I can do.
I'm quite a loss here.

Glad to hear you resolved the issue
So the EA account name is Gibberish? If so, that's not my account. I don't understand what you mean by giberish. It doesn't matter, I have tried and not working for me. I can't even figure what the account name or email that I've used to whatever that swtor account is connected too. I only have knowledge of this account and my other one that I have, which I tried resetting that password and didn't work.
Well thank you for trying. It was fun playing SWTOR while it lasted. 😢
