Prom venue changing the building

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new game with Teens. Wait until Prom comes. That’s it.
What happens when the bug occurs?
In the middle of Prom the game pauses and says that the auditorium is ‘building.’ Then the auditorium resets to normal and when I try to reset it back to a prom venue, it occurs again.
What do you expect to see? I expect the prom to stay as the prom venue for the entirety of prom.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last update that made sure the aging up works properly and fixing the walking to homes during a blizzard.
As well as this, my game has been going frame by frame ever since the prom began.
