@Rachelharris31 Has nothing to do with dropping them, it is a freaking Sony issue that they have had years to fix yetbrefusebto do anything! This happens to almost all PS4 controllers andcSony has been told relentlessly, yet nothing ever gets done, the joy stick simply sticks! We have had this happen to 6 controllers out of 7:already! Sony sucks and that is all there is to it! They think we are all made of money and can simply replace these expensive controllers!
