We are not removing packs, please, don't worry, your purchased packs are not going anywhere. 🙂


None of the packs are on sale at the moment, but you should be able to find and purchase Cats & Dogs in the PlayStation Store (or Xbox Store) by searching for Cats and Dogs Plus My First Pet Stuff Bundle. The bundle is priced at the same cost that Cats & Dogs was alone, although as I mentioned, it's not on sale at the moment.

    so you’re saying I have to buy the cats and dogs pck again? cause I already bought the expansion pack alone and its not in the PSN store

    @EA_Mai Need help, cats and dogs pack is not in the store and already bought it without the bundle i need to redownload the pack but when I search it, its not in the add ons

    Hi, as i have accidentally purchased my first pet stuff pack without purchasing the bundle Cats and Dogs plus my first pet stuff pack. Is there any way to purchase just cats and dogs expansion pack alone? or do i have go purchase the bundle pack? because if not does it mean i have to waste my first pet stuff pack cost?

    @Bobbykk1 The cost of the Cats and Dogs bundled with My First Pet Stuff is the same as just Cats and Dogs alone. So the better deal is the bundle if you don't own Cats and Dogs.

    You can request a refund, but you have to do it through your console. Be sure you do a refund through the store you purchased the pack, and don't do something like a chargeback through your bank.
