All saves just vanished of Xbox One

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? would know am not a tech person
What happens when the bug occurs? brought toddler stuff and parenthood on Friday. loaded up my sims on Saturday and zero saves on my Xbox one no load Character option just the big blue play and change profile on start up page. over 200 hours of saved game 100% vanished
What do you expect to see? for this to be fixed I know you can never get back my lost saves but don't want to play hours upon hours of a game purches other add ons just to log in 1 day and it all be lst again. Main character completed all aspirations that could possibl be done with some needing career.s Had max amount of found had most collections found completed ever career that he possibly could.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Can't add a screen shot as I am on Xbox one. I am an EA subscirber via the Xbox one I also play Alot of other EA games I have been for over at least 20 year been playing your Fifa games since the days on birds eye views.As I am 46 years old now classed as disabled and can no longer work so all I have is gaming due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease so spent.
So spent 100's off hours playing sims
