Why can’t I view my favorites in my gallery?

I’ve been having this problem since I bought the game in 2020. I cannot view my favorites in my gallery AT ALL. The green heart will light up for the lot but for some reason will not show up in my favorites? I have so many lots that I don’t have access to or cannot download, does anyone know how to help?

    Hi @peetches,

    Have you tried toggling the Sort By option to see if any favorited content appears then? 

    Please also try the steps here:

    • Run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
    • Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
    • Restore the Licenses on your console

    If these steps still don't help, try favoriting a lot from the website version of The Gallery, and let me know if that appears on your console please.

    Tried every step you listed and it still says, “No results found” in the My Favorites section
