Have you tried toggling the Sort By option to see if any favorited content appears then?
Please also try the steps here:
- Run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
If these steps still don't help, try favoriting a lot from the website version of The Gallery, and let me know if that appears on your console please.
Tried every step you listed and it still says, “No results found” in the My Favorites section
