Why can’t I view my favorites in my gallery?

I’ve been having this problem since I bought the game in 2020. I cannot view my favorites in my gallery AT ALL. The green heart will light up for the lot but for some reason will not show up in my fa...

@peetches I moved this to the console forum. Hopefully another PS user has a solution for you.
