Missing packs from Sims 4
So a while back I had boughten "Seasons", "Cats & Dogs", and "My First Pet" . But I had just redownloaded everything and now these packs are missing, I had these packs downloaded BEFORE I deleted the game to save space. Not only that but I deleted my saves BEFORE I deleted the game cause I didn't play much anymore and decided to start fresh next time I play. Then I thought maybe I should just check my gallery! Go into my library, all of my pet saves are completely gone! I am incredibly confused on how this happened and very upset. Not only that but when I was making my characters I had the icons to do the warm and cold outfits but I didn't get the option to put on the seasons clothes, which was weird. I still have my "Get To Work", my "Moschino", my "Laundry Day", and my "Spooky Stuff" packs. But not the other ones. I had recently deleted all my pictures because I didn't have enough space. I checked all my PS4 chats to see if perhaps I had sent some pictures. But apparently I had not.
Please try the following to be sure all your content is fully installed to your console:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
