Missing last ultimate mat for SLKR ability

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I completed the SLKR journey event and have completed all of the other GL journeys that I can. I do not have access to farm any more Light Side or Dark Side GL Tokens for battles but I only have 9/10 ultimate mats so it is impossible for me to unlock SLKR ultimate ability. On the 10th battle of ultimate mats for SLKR journey guide, I completed the battle, but then when I went to apply the mats and unlock the ultimate it shows me I only have 9/10.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure how you can go about replicating this bug as I am not sure what caused this bug. I explained as much as I could above with the steps of how it happened for me.

I have attaches some images of what my in game UI is showing when I go to upgrade the ability mat and then when I click to see where I can get more, there is nowhere in the game (aside from the other GLs that I cannot do yet) to get ultimate mats.
