using the same email does not create a linkage, linkage was made on account creation, and each account can use a different email and password
if you goto the purchase history page on swtor.com the linked ea accounts email is on that page on the top right
if however the account is disabled you may not be able to reach that page
I have 1 more question. How can I reactivate account if it disable?

otherwise call swtor support on monday when the lines are open, they can help get things sorted

Support have your email with the steam screenshots, however cant add the gametime due to the account issue
in your case, you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to help fix the account, it should be a quick easy fix though

If you link steam to another swtor account , resubmit the steam screenshots using the email address on the other swtor account , as long as the steam account is linked to the swtor account the gametime is being applied too is fine

not sure if having same problem but i purchase subscription via steam and i didnt get it steam says cant refund and i need contact EA but i check things like making sure my steam linked to my swtor account and i can see my swtor history in my EA account so what else must i check? i change passwords for everything just incase the accounts been inactive too long.. just not sure what else to check as i wish to get my sub and not loose my money

edit: support can see you are subscribed now , if you want the gametime added for the steam purchase email the screenhsots in they can add the purchased gametime
support are unable to refund a steam purchase , as the purchase is with steam not with swtor.
