Ineligible for gift?

The gifting feature is broken. My account is somehow ineligible to receive the light speed bundle packs even though I'm way over 18, all my account are over 18 and I did not purchase the pack before. I have no characters in the packs geared that high. Why am I ineligible? I bought my guildmate a pack right before this, is that why?

Same thing happened to me I was trying to gift my brother the bundles so he can actually enjoy the game but he’s not eligible even tho he’s lvl 85, with 1.6 mil GP!

The whole gift system is bugged, there seems to be a way for people to buy for themselves if they go through the character find option but that isn't work for some. Also like have my guild is not eligible for some reason so I can't even trade gifts to get the packs. Why can't CG just let you buy the lightspeed bundles for yourself or other and not force it to only buy for others and why are some people at random for no reason. Able to buy for and others not

Dont buy them for yourself! I bugged my whole account now. I did not even realize this was unintentional. I thought they brought them back so i bought ray and raddus bundle, got charged but never got the rewards! And now

im ineligible to be gifted!

I bought the ones I could buy for myself and did get the rewards

I have the same problem. I bought SLKR bundle 2 month ago and now can't obtain Rey bundle from my guildmates 

Hi! My friend wanted to gift me the Radus pack but the game said that I'm not iligible. I bought Rey's pack. Is that the cause that I'm not iligible?

Same happening to me. As you can see I’m definitely eligible because my ships are still low star so I have not bought it in the past. I’m almost 7 million GP so I’m not a new account. But when some on try to buy it for me it marked me as ineligible for some reason. 

Until CG's investigation ends, the LS bundles will disappear from store. Well played.
