I would guess it’s to stop cheating like how you can only bid so much and only play so many games so fast. Ea tried to tell people to slow down playing games but since it lead to to many bans they started adding limits on friendly games. 

I would guess if people get banned to much doing sbc they will limit sbcs in a similar fashion to games.
