  • Sigh. But still nothing shows up..

I've been using mine since last year December, but i updated my game earlier today and since then it hasn't been showing up in game even though it says it's installed. All the decorations i had up in my played  households are gone. I tried restarting/ repairing my game etc but to no avail.

@Ashayaa_oxo    try the search function in buy mode see if the items show up that way

i have the same issue  as the other OP antonio in Origin the pack image is missing

however in game if i click on the downloadable content ingame *it shows i own the set AND the items are in game using search for example presents the holiday gifts large/small are the in miscellaneous type in tree and holiday tree shows up

edit to add the * i omitted ingame

  • @rumbutter Okay..  It does say that i own it in downloadable  content. However, when i actually go into the game on any of my decorated lots, it says that 39 items have been removed from buy mode. The items may not be installed on your computer or the EA account that s currently logged in does not own them. Says that for CAS as well and None of my decos are there and my sims that were in holiday shirts are now topless.

Could you check this folder: programs(x86)\Origin_Games\thesims4 (path may vary depending on your installation) and check if you have a folder FP in there (might be in the bin folder, I'm unsure atm).

If you do, move it to the desktop and then reinstall the pack from Origin

Make sure you have the game closed while you do this.

Also backup your user files before attempting: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/backups/
