@pprincess_nicole could you make your own post with a little bit more information on the problem you're having?

The main menu is the first screen after the loading screens that you see, it's the one where you press the first buttons to make Sims or load games.

Where is origin menu ? 

How do i start the game if already entered the product code

@RhysJermaine  As the game has been out for a while, I recommend going to Origin - right click the TS4 icon - click download. Regardless if you install from disc or the digital download the game will take some time to install AND update.

Once you have installed it open it and find The Sims 4 in the Store. 

Did you ever get a satisfactory answer to your question? I am on Windows 10. The autorun doesn't. There is autorun.inf on the disk which is meant to launch autorun but doesn't. The icon file is just that an icon file. There is a zipped folder which can't be unzipped.

I'm trying to install it but when I try to login to origin doesn't let me it say the I have to be online the first time so am confused because when I go to origin on the internet I can access my account and I reedem my code already so what next?
