my sims not showing any signs of pregnancy... help!

Okay, so I have been playing sims for a while now and I just got the mod, WickedWhims. I decided to delete it because it was just too graphic for me personally, plus I had a lot of issues with the mod. Now, my sim got pregnant by just regularly woohooing and not WickedWhims, (if you don't know what that is, it's a sex mod). I noticed her breasts grew a lot, but her stomach is barely. I have no clue what trimester she is in because it doesn't even give me a hint. I know she is pregnant, she took a test and it said she was eating for two. It's also been about 5 days in game since she's been pregnant. I don't know if my sim will be pregnant forever or...

I do have mods installed on my game but I have had these mods before and they never affected pregnancy. I'm thinking it could have been WickedWhims, but I'm just not sure. Help.
