Can you try removing all your mods and then try again to see if it makes a difference?
If it doesn't can you ensure that you do not have any controller inputs plugged into your system, a USB controller for example? It's also worth disabling all overlays that you may have running, this includes Origin In-Game and Discord.

ok ill try it and let you know thanks for the advise
ok so i took out all my mods and it still does the same thing i disabled all overlays like discord and the only thing i have plugged up to my system is my keyboard and wireless mouse

Community ManagerHey @Rickaboo32 I'm seeing quite a few errors listed at the bottom of your DxDiag.
Let's start by running System File Checker to look for any issues with files on your PC: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
Once done can you then go ahead and ensure that everything on your system is fully up to date.

I have the same problem after installing Realm of Magic. I have no CC I do not use Reshade. I re boot my PC I have no strange USB. The trink with Origin do not work. I'm getting sad I cant build anything with that crazy camera spin. Tell me if you find a solution.

My game is spinning to fast and when editing the sim it doesn't stop when I stop moving my mouse.
@TDE2017 Try disabling any overlays you have running: Steam, Discord, etc. Disable Origin in-game as well: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
I have this issue intermittently, and now it's back in full force, which, coupled with everything else wrong with this game lately, makes it impossible to play.
I've done everything suggested in this entire thread, and other threads, and the camera still spins too fast to interact with the interface.
@ilyahna It would be really helpful if you could post a dxdiag and a video of the spinning camera in this thread:

THANK YOU for this. This issue has been driving me insane and what finally fixed it was turning off my Discord game overlay.
